The repeated “exercising” you get by practicing perfect loading form helps to develop “muscle memory”. International orders must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International because it is the cheapest method of shipping outside of the USA that provides tracking info.  By purchasing from an international destination, you understand and agree that you will be very patient in waiting for the arrival of your package.  You agree to accept responsibilty if your item does not get past your local customs office.   Orders should arrive with 6-10 business days, but sometimes can take 15-30 days due to circumstances completely out of our control.  Once the package leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of a lot of other hands that it has to go through before it can get to you (customs, etc).  No, we will never claim that your package is a "gift" so that you can avoid customs fees, taxes, etc.
