Nice Vintage Brass LaFrance? Fire Truck Bell

Up for auction is a
Nice
Nice Vintage Brass LaFrance? Fire Truck Bell.   It measures 12" in diameter and stands 17" in it's current configuration including the harp stand.  I believe it to be a LaFrance Bell because of the classic holes at the crown that would have held the eagle.   Obviously the eagle is missing.   I was unable to remove the bottom nut.   See video link below to hear it ring
