Shipping (48 Contiguous States)
Minimum store shipping charges are included in the basic price. On lighter goods the final delivery is by the United States Postal Service. Packages over 1 pound are normally shipped by UPS, but we may ship by our choice or a combination of USPS and UPS. We service Delivery Addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, in our eBay store we are unable to ship to the following locations:

Returns
We will gladly accept a return of any item purchased from Hardware and Tools provided that:
You must contact us and return the products within 30-days and pre-pay return shipping
The item must be returned in the original packaging in new, re-sellable condition
All product manuals, accessories, etc are included
Note:
Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for an identical item or serviced by manufacturer depending on the product. If an identical item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at our discretion. Merchandise that is not defective may be returned and a refund issued for the full purchase price less shipping.
Do not return damaged or defective merchandise
to our distribution center unless we specifically tell you to do so. Photographic proof may be all that is required.
Non-Defective Items (Changed Mind/Misordered)
You are responsible for paying the shipping charges in
both directions
via USPS or UPS and insuring the value of the return, just as we insure all shipments to you. Many returns do not pay, especially for low cost orders.
Late Returns
If the return comes back after 30 days from shipment to you no credit is due you.
If the non-defective merchandise you return is in non-resellable condition, you will be charged a minimum of 50%. If a return is received without an authorization (RMA) or the order was returned due to refusal or failure to pick-up when notice was left by courier or sent to you by email,
