This is a vintage, licensed, promotional t-shirt from the 1982 Capitol Records release of THE BEATLES Reel Music. It was given away to employees in various record stores to be worn the day of the release. This particular shirt is from Tower Records which is screen-printed on the reverse. It's a Hanes 100% cotton shirt size Large and is very rare! Even this Hanes label hasn't been used for over 35 years. You can see that it is licensed to/by Capitol Records and Winterland Productions, which at the time was just down the street from the first Tower near Fisherman's Wharf in The City.
The print is absolutely vibrant! There are no holes, stains or cracking.
I believe that I probably only wore it once. Always look for the trademark on shirts. If it doesn't have one then it probably isn't an original.
