A beautiful vintage Japanese silk
kobukusa
for use in the Japanese tea ceremony with a design of
botan karakusa
or scrolling peonies.  It measures 6" x 6 1/4."  Comes with its original box and a hand written and sealed label.  The label reads
botan karakusa,
with the rest unreadable, but I think it is the maker's name and seal.  The

is i
n like new condition.  The box has a little wear.  Please view enlarged photos.
